Embossed carrier tape reel

The full name of the plastic reel is the electronic device packaging reel, commonly referred to as a reel, a roll, and a turntable. In English, it is called a REEL. In theory, reels also come in film and box form. Generally, the film is purchased separately, while the box comes with a gift. 

(1) Disc type: It can be divided into 7-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch according to the diameter of the disc. The general application of the variable is 7-inch rubber disc. The fiber optic broadband is generally applied to 13-inch or 15-inch rubber disc. The material is generally selected as PS; the thickness can be 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 44mm, 56mm, 72mm, 88mm, etc. The thickness of the carrier tape used by the customer is the key factor.

(2) The roll material can be divided into conductive material, antistatic material and non-electric material, and the material for selecting the electric black is used, with a surface resistance value of 104-6Ω/□; 

The anti-static rubber mat has a gray-black, deep blue, or white appearance. Its surface resistance value is 107-11 ohms/square; due to being made into an electrostatic liquid, the surface is slightly damp, and the shelf life is only six months. 

Non-electric rubber discs that are not immersed in electrostatic discharge liquid. They have a deep blue and white appearance. The surface resistance value is 1012Ω/□; due to different main purposes, the pivot axis is also different. Generally, ICs use smaller pivot axes and larger pivot axes for other models of rubber discs. 

(3) Material types: PS material; PC material; ABS material; single-sided material; three-layer material. 

Material features: PS transparent material; PS conductive material; PC transparent material; PC conductive material; ABS conductive material; single-sided material; three-layer material. 

(4) Belt material: It can be divided into conductive materials, anti-electric materials, and non-electrical materials based on the material‘s electrical properties.
