Function and Action Description
1: Manually place a stack of pallets on the pallet placement position(10-20 pallets can be placed). The machine picks up the entire top row and places it on the turnover belt position. The turnover belt feeds the material towards the detection camera. When it reaches the detection position, the product is automatically detected. Those that are okay are taken out by the mechanical hand and placed into the carrier belt. The machine automatically wraps and rewind.The NG ones should be placed in the receiving box without
packaging.
2: The packaging quantity per tray can be set with Spaces at the front and back. The machine can be used for both cold sealing and heat sealing.
3: The main detections of the CCD camera include: consistent product orientation, no missed or reverse installation, and recognition of the QR code on the product surface, which is then uploaded to the Max system
4: Empty pallets and placed pallets
The pallets to be packaged are manually placed on the pallet placement position. About 10 to 20 stacked pallets can be placed at a time, and the machine automatically takes out the components from the topmost pallet. The finished tray is automatically retrieved from the back and placed in the collection box at the back of the machine (provided by the customer).
5: Line changing between different materials (Two methods)
a: For pallets of different sizes, manually adjust the size of the four corner limits of the pallet placement position and the empty pallet placement position to be suitable for placing pallets and collecting empty pallets. The number of times and distance of material transfer on the XY platform are retrieved on the operation screen and saved in the operation page. The machine operates according to the set parameters without manual adjustment. The width of the carrier track is adjusted manually.
